Le Sueur Art Hop – Rules & Regulations
- There is no fee for participating, but all artists must submit an application through the lesueurarts.org website to be included.
- All arts and crafts must be handmade by the artist. Prints, duplicates, and manufactured merchandise may be sold, if the original image was created by the artist.
- No reselling of manufactured goods or flea market items.
- Artists are required to be present at their booth the entire duration of the show.
- Artists may share spaces, but must submit individual applications.
- Artists will retain 100% of the proceeds from their sales, and are responsible for collecting Minnesota Sales Tax.
- An indoor space, approximately 10′ x 10′ at a local business will be provided. Due to the unpredictable nature of each business, and participation numbers, this space size cannot be guaranteed, and some flexibility should be expected.
- Artists are responsible for bringing their own display equipment: tables, chairs, easels, backdrops, walls, etc. Electricity might be available, but not guaranteed.
- Le Sueur Arts committee will attempt to coordinate setup times with each business, but some variations are expected. Expect to begin setup one hour before the Night Out event, and have everything removed within one hour following the event.
